By selecting the name of the person in your company from the drop down list you can amend what areas of your company account they have access to: Administer Contacts
This allows new contacts to be added, deleted and their permissions changes
Quotes - Contact
This allows the user only to access their own quotes
Quotes - Company
This allows the user access to all quotes for the company
Orders - Contact
This allows the user to access orders raised by themselves only
Orders - Company
This allows the user access to all orders for the company
Personal Favourites
This enables access to personal favourites added by contact
Item History - Contact (NEW)
This allows access to item history for items or dered by contact only
Item History - Company (NEW)
This allows access to full item history for the company
Delivery Address Management
This enables the user to add, delete and modify delivery addresses
Invoices
This allows access to the company invoices
Credit Memo
This allows access to the company credit memos
Statement
This allows access to the company statement of outstanding invoices and credit memos
Employee Purchase Scheme Members
This enables the user to add, delete and modify EPS members (only one contact per company)
